Challenges and Opportunities
Community healthcare faces multiple challenges, including disparities in access to healthcare services, varying quality of treatment across regions, and limited medical resources, especially among the elderly, low-income populations, and rural residents. However, advances in medical technology and telemedicine provide important opportunities for delivering faster and more convenient healthcare services to the public.
In addition, government policies promoting Thailand as a Medical Hub support hospitals in developing modern healthcare networks that meet international standards, helping ensure broader access to medical services for all citizens.

Management Approach and Value Creation
Sikarin Public Company Limited prioritizes expanding public access to healthcare services by building Community Health Networks in collaboration with public health centers, state hospitals, and rural health clinics. These efforts provide proactive medical services, reduce travel costs, and shorten waiting times for treatment. The Company has also developed Home-Based Care programs for elderly patients, bedridden individuals, and those with chronic illnesses. Medical teams, including doctors and nurses, provide home visits, offering health advice and appropriate care to enhance quality of life and reduce hospital admissions. Additionally, the Company continues to expand the Sikarin Connect Mobile Hospital project to underserved provinces, offering basic health screenings, consultations, and vaccination services, helping to alleviate public healthcare system burdens and increase healthcare access efficiently.
