Sustainability Strategy
Sikarin Public Company Limited has established its management approach to drive the achievement of its sustainability goals by aligning with internationally recognized standards in order to build confidence among all stakeholder groups that Sikarin’s operations are conducted in a standardized, transparent, and balanced manner, while delivering positive value across the economic, social, environmental, and governance dimensions. In addition to referencing global frameworks and recognized standards, Sikarin also incorporates stakeholder views, suggestions, and concerns into the continuous development of its management approach so that its sustainability strategy remains aligned with the context of the hospital business, industry trends, and evolving expectations.
In 2025, the Company further advanced its sustainability journey through the announcement of its commitment to achieve Net Zero GHG Emissions by 2050 and the establishment of a medium-term direction under its Net Zero Pathway, strengthening the clarity of its long-term environmental transition. At the same time, 2025 performance also reflected continued progress across multiple areas and the achievement of certain targets, providing an important basis for reviewing organizational readiness, the effectiveness of existing measures, and the appropriateness of sustainability targets as a whole.
Building on this progress, Sikarin will review and refine its sustainability strategy again in 2026 to ensure alignment with business direction, changing risks and opportunities, more complete performance data, as well as rising stakeholder expectations and more rigorous disclosure standards. The Company expects to announce its updated sustainability strategy framework in 2026, which will serve as a clearer basis for driving the organization in a systematic manner, creating long-term value, and supporting sustainable growth going forward.
