“Sikarin Gives Heart to Children” Project: Care for Children with Congenital Heart Disease in Collaboration with Network Partners

The Company has continuously implemented the “Sikarin Gives Heart to Children” project to support children suspected of having congenital heart disease in accessing screening and entering the treatment process more quickly, in collaboration with relevant foundations and healthcare network partners.

In 2025, 21 children underwent screening for congenital heart disease. Of these, six were found not to have heart disease, 15 were found to have heart disease treatable with medication, and there were no cases requiring surgery in that year. Meanwhile, the cumulative results of the project over the past 17 years show that a total of 927 children have undergone screening, of whom 657 were found to require treatment.
